* - A page is a side of paper when the booklet has been folded. The front cover is page 1, inside cover page 2 and so on. A sheet of A4 is 2 pages (2 sides of A4), but when folded in half to A5, it becomes a 4 page A5 booklet. A sheet of A3 folded in half becomes a 4 page A4 booklet.
