What the client needed:
ProActiv Fitness provides Personal Training,Fat Loss and Nutritional advice. The business wanted to direct its marketing at its four chief market segemnets:
- women keen to lose fat
- men keen to lose fat and get fit
- men and women with no spare time and/or motivational issues
- serious fitness devotees
Each segment had quite different aspirations and approach to exercise, making advertising a challenge.
What we did:
We designed four areas of the client's website to appeal to each segment with wording and photos with which they would identify with their goals and aspirations. Each area was designed with its own homepage and sub pages, making each area a site in itself with information specific to that market segment. Advertising posters and leaflets directed the reader to the webpage specific to the advertising message. For instance, publicity directed at women advertised the link to the women's page and sub pages. This enabled the client to easily tailor their message and services to each specific group through a highly targeted method.
